Questions banks ask.

Is this penny drop?

The account and IFSC are confirmed and the holder’s name is matched to the verified identity. Whether that runs as a micro-deposit, which India calls penny drop, or by another method is confirmed with you before a pilot.

Does it work for UPI IDs?

Yes, for collect and payout journeys: the UPI ID is checked and the name read, the same as an account number and IFSC.

What if the name only partly matches?

The partial match comes back named, and your journey decides: a review, a second document, or a stop. It is not passed as a match.

How does it help with mules?

An account that turns up behind several customers is flagged to the mule graph before the first payout, so a shared payout account shows at onboarding rather than after the money has moved.

Try one-tap login on your own number.

See the network confirm your number with nothing to type, and the next check take over when it can’t. Then plan a shadow proof on one journey, measured on your own traffic.
