Australia’s scam rules: the Scams Prevention Framework
The Scams Prevention Framework Act was made in February 2025, and most of its obligations apply from 31 March 2027. One dated rule is mapped here, with its status and public source, to the controls it calls for and the DeepID modules that support them. DeepID supports compliance and never guarantees it.

Each rule with its date, its status, what it asks of a bank and the controls it calls for. A proposal is listed for what it would touch, and never marks the map.

Treasury, ACCC and ASICAct Feb 2025 · obligations from 31 Mar 2027
Designated banks, telcos and digital platforms must take reasonable steps to prevent, detect, disrupt, respond to and report scams, with documented governance and an internal dispute process. Most duties start on 31 March 2027.
Each control the rule map tracks, whether a rule in Australia calls for it, and the DeepID modules that support it.

Not mapped yet means no rule is mapped to that control here, not that no rule exists. DeepID supports compliance and never guarantees it, and it claims no regulator approval.
Where the loss falls.
