Your FRM stays in charge
Your FRM keeps its own rules, queues and case management. Nothing is replaced. DeepID adds the signals an FRM never receives today, because they exist only on the phone and in the session: an active call, a shared screen, dictated typing, the payee’s links across your own book.
When a decision names a queue, such as a call-back, your case manager can open the case under the decision id, so the team reads the same reasons the customer’s message was written from.
Which FRM
DeepID sends standard events, so any FRM that takes events can receive them. An integration with a named FRM product appears on this site only once it is signed.
